Let us show the home and tell your customers about all of our exceptional features. Let us describe our developments and explain our procedures. Let us draw up the contract. Let us complete the color selections. We will be more than happy to have you participate in these activities with your customers, but if you are not able to join us at all our meetings we will be sure to keep you informed of all that is happening.

We will pay you 3% of the base price of the new construction model that your customer purchases or 3% of the purchase price of our quick delivery homes and all you have to do is sign them in!!

We will give you an advance commission of $2,000 to be paid upon receipt of a non-contingent mortgage commitment from your customer!!

We will also reimburse you up to 20% of the entire broker commission to help repay any corporate relocation referral fee!!
